Return & Exchange Policy

What is your return / exchange policy? 

Rest assured that our team carefully inspects each item before shipping it out to our dear customers. If for any reason there is an issue with the item/s you received, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  2. Items bought on SALE are not eligible for return. Some items at their final sale price might have minor imperfections but are still deemed wearable. For this reason, they are sold at 40-70% off the retail price. Please keep your expectations in check when purchasing SALE items.
  3. Please inform us within 48 hours upon receipt of the package if you wish to return and exchange your item. Claims made beyond this period will no longer be entertained.
  4. The price of the item being exchanged should be the same or higher. Please settle the cost difference, if any.
  5. In case the item you requested for an exchange is not available, the amount from your previous purchase will serve as store credit which you may use when we already have an item you like. 
  6. Ship back the item/s within 7 days even when your requested item is still unavailable. Beyond this period, return/exchange requests will no longer be entertained. Send us the waybill copy or tracking number once shipped.
  7. Item/s must be returned in their original condition, tags intact,  unworn, and unwashed.
  8. We will only ship out the exchange once we have received and checked the items you returned.


    Shipping costs will only be covered by 1930 if the reason for exchange is based on the following:

    A. Item has damage / flaw upon receipt

    1. Items with damaged buttons, zippers or tears due to improper use/handling of the customer are not eligible for return.
    2. Items with washable stains less than 5mm in circumference are not eligible for return. 


    B. Wrong item (size / color / product)

    1. Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor / mobile screen has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible but please understand the actual colors may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
    2. Some surplus items have inaccurate sizes on tags that’s why we have a dedicated team who measures and checks each item to provide the accurate size of the clothing. We normally indicate the actual size on a masking tape in case the size on the clothing tag is inaccurate.
